Maize is a city in Sedgwick County, Kansas, United States, and a suburb of Wichita. As of the 2010 census, the city population was 3,420. Maize, derived from a Native American word for “corn”, was so named because it is located within the Corn Belt. Population 4,362.

So three things:

  1. Maize, Kansas is so cute & I’m so happy you guys.
  2. Sister McArthur is the best and we have a fun time together
  3. It keeps getting colder and colder

So I haven’t had a funny story in a long time so here’s one for you. Yesterday Sister McArthur and I spoke in church. Our topics that were assigned were board so you could so many different ways with it. Sunday morning came and as we walked up to the stand and sat down I looked over to the youth’s talk and it said, “5 min talk on repentance” Sister McArthur and I looked at each other and we both knew we had at least 15 minutes each to speak. Worst nightmare of our lives. That was the longest 15 minutes ever but we are just happy its over 🙂

Maize is amazing and so many people are prepared to hear the gospel. I don’t have any time to email today. So sorry! There is a mom & daughter preparing for baptism this month and there names of Jen and Riley. We will have more updates with that next week.

The Book of Mormon is incredible and can answer our temporal & spiritual questions. I know it is true. I love you guys!
