Week 17 | Preach the Gospel at all times and if necessary use words

I hope all of you are doing amazing. This week was good! We really focused on talking to lots of people this week and it was awesome. A lot of them weren’t receptive but it was a great testifying experience!

No one that was on date came to sacrament again. This hit me really hard again this week. But we had two progressing investigators that came which was amazing! That was definitely a mighty miracle from Heavenly Father.  Nikki ( our investigator that’s in the hospital) is doing awesome! She is on date for October 25th because that is the soonest she could get baptized due to medical reasons. We went to the hospital and taught her the plan of salvation & testified that God has a specific plan for her. She said she wants to change and get baptized.

Our investigator names Maki he was on date for September but couldn’t come to church because of parental permission so this week we are gonna meet the mom but that is difficult because of work hours. But Maki is so solid! He reads the BOM everyday and has great questions.

Our teaching pool is small but is growing. I know as we talk to ten new people everyday & find three new investigators & make MBC’s with the Lord and work diligently everyday we will have 186 baptisms this month as a mission and we will reach our triple digit vision!

This week we went on exchanges with the sister training leaders! I went to Lake Shawnee with Sister Hawkes ❤️! I love her SO much. It was my second exchange with her and I always learn so much from her. We had an awesome teaching experience with some people on their porch. We introduced ourselves and were able to testify and teach the
Restoration right then and there. We invited them to baptism and they accepted! It was an incredible experience! I love being a missionary!

I love the quote by President Uchtdorf “Preach the Gospel at all times and if necessary use words.” How can we share the gospel without using words? We can do SO much! We can be a light and an example to others! Yes, words are incredibly powerful but as we strive to be Christlike and be that example to all people will notice! Do service, smile, open the door for someone, be a leader, and stand for what’s right.

I invite all of you in behalf of your Savior Jesus Christ to pray tonight and seek out ways you can share the gospel daily without using words!

Matthew 5:14-16, “14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set
on an hill cannot be hid.
15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a
candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house
16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good
works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.”
I love you all. I know my Savior lives and loves each and everyone of
us. Heavenly Father loves you and desires to bless you and your
